What Type3arabi never does

• It never connects to the internet. The keyboard and its sign-in helper contain no network code at all, and Type3arabi Settings shows only pages installed on your PC.
• No telemetry, no usage statistics, no crash reports, no ads, no account.
• It never stores what you write: not your sentences, not your documents, not which app you typed in.
• Type3arabi Settings opens a web page (this site, the source code, the donation page) in your browser only when you click its link.

ما لا يفعله «اكتب عربي» أبداً

• لا يتصل بالإنترنت أبداً: لا تحتوي لوحة المفاتيح ولا البرنامج المساعد الذي يعمل عند تسجيل الدخول على أي شيفرة اتصال بالشبكة، ولا تعرض «الإعدادات» إلا صفحات مثبّتة على جهازك.
• لا قياس للاستخدام ولا إحصاءات ولا تقارير أعطال ولا إعلانات ولا حسابات.
• لا يحفظ ما تكتبه: لا جملك ولا مستنداتك ولا اسم البرنامج الذي كتبت فيه.
• تفتح «إعدادات اكتب عربي» صفحة ويب (هذا الموقع أو المصدر أو صفحة الدعم) في متصفحك فقط عندما تنقر على الرابط.

What it stores, on your PC only

Everything is in one folder of your Windows account, %LOCALAPPDATA%\Type3arabi:

Settings

config.toml: the options you chose in Type3arabi Settings.

What it learned

user\journal.t3j, user\snapshot.t3u: for a Latin spelling you typed (for example mar7aba), which Arabic word you picked and how often, and which suggestion you skipped. That is how your choices come first next time.

Export history

transfers.jsonl: when you exported or imported your learning, how many entries and the file name.

Shortcut status

hotkey-status.txt: whether your global shortcut is working or used by another program.

Error log

logs\errors.log: technical errors only, at most 256 KB, never anything you typed.

While you type, the last few words you entered with Type3arabi in that window are kept in memory to rank the next word. They are never written to disk.

A learning export (.t3learn) is saved to your Downloads folder, and goes wherever you copy it.

سجلّ النقل

transfers.jsonl: متى صدّرت ما تعلّمه أو استوردته، وعدد السجلات واسم الملف.

حالة الاختصار

hotkey-status.txt: هل يعمل اختصارك العام أم يستخدمه برنامج آخر.

سجلّ الأخطاء

logs\errors.log: أخطاء تقنية فقط، بحدّ أقصى ٢٥٦ كيلوبايت، ولا يحوي أبداً شيئاً مما كتبته.

أثناء الكتابة تبقى الكلمات الأخيرة التي كتبتها بـ«اكتب عربي» في تلك النافذة في الذاكرة فقط لترتيب الكلمة التالية، ولا تُكتب على القرص أبداً.

ملف التصدير (.t3learn) يُحفظ في مجلد «التنزيلات»، ويذهب حيث تنسخه أنت.

When it does not learn

• Fields an app marks as password, PIN, number, phone number, date, time or amount: Type3arabi types plain Latin letters there and learns nothing. Where Windows turns input methods off (most password boxes), Type3arabi does nothing at all.
• Private or incognito fields, the Windows sign-in and lock screens, and sandboxed apps: it types as usual but learns nothing.
• When you turn learning off in Settings.

متى لا يتعلّم

• الحقول التي يحدّدها البرنامج ككلمة مرور أو رمز PIN أو رقم أو هاتف أو تاريخ أو وقت أو مبلغ: يكتب فيها «اكتب عربي» أحرفاً لاتينية عادية ولا يتعلّم شيئاً. وحيث يوقف ويندوز طرق الإدخال (معظم حقول كلمات المرور) لا يتدخّل «اكتب عربي» إطلاقاً.
• حقول التصفّح الخاص، وشاشتا تسجيل الدخول والقفل في ويندوز، والبرامج المعزولة: يكتب كالمعتاد لكنه لا يتعلّم شيئاً.
• عندما توقف التعلّم من الإعدادات.

Your control

• Export or import what it learned, or erase it: Type3arabi Settings › Learning & privacy › Forget everything.
• Uninstalling removes the program but keeps your settings and learned words, in case you reinstall. To remove them too, erase them first or delete the folder %LOCALAPPDATA%\Type3arabi.

التحكّم بيدك

• صدّر ما تعلّمه أو استورده أو امحه: «إعدادات اكتب عربي» › التعلّم والخصوصية › نسيان كل شيء.
• إزالة البرنامج تحذفه لكنها تُبقي إعداداتك وكلماتك المتعلَّمة تحسّباً لإعادة التثبيت. لحذفها أيضاً امحها أولاً أو احذف المجلد %LOCALAPPDATA%\Type3arabi.

This website and downloads

• No cookies, no analytics, no trackers. Your light/dark choice is remembered in your own browser only.
• “Try it” runs the real Type3arabi engine inside your browser. What you type there is not sent anywhere.
• The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard connection data (such as your IP address) to deliver pages; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
• Installers are downloaded from GitHub (GitHub’s privacy statement) and, once listed, the Microsoft Store (Microsoft’s terms).

هذا الموقع والتنزيلات

• لا ملفات تعريف ارتباط ولا تحليلات ولا تتبّع. اختيارك للوضع الفاتح أو الداكن يُحفظ في متصفحك وحده.
• «جرّبه» يشغّل محرك «اكتب عربي» الحقيقي داخل متصفحك، وما تكتبه هناك لا يُرسل إلى أي مكان.
• يستضيف الموقعَ Cloudflare، التي تعالج بيانات الاتصال المعتادة (مثل عنوان IP) لعرض الصفحات؛ راجع سياسة خصوصية Cloudflare.
• ملفات التثبيت تُنزَّل من GitHub (بيان خصوصية GitHub)، ومن متجر Microsoft عند إدراجه فيه (وفق شروط Microsoft).
